Ghana’s youngest disc jokey Erica Tando also popularly called DJ switch has made a passionate plea to all parents in the world to give proper room to their children’s development in with the acronym TLC.
Whiles she was performing at the Women Deliver Global Conference in Vancouver, British Colombia Canada, she called on parents to help their children to build on their god given talents while they offer them other opportunities to develop.
In defining what TCL was, DJ Switch explained that the letter ‘T’ stood for ‘Tell’. She admonished parents to allow their children to tell them their needs, wants as well as problems since this is the only way parents can effectively address them.
She added that, the letter ‘L’ stood for ‘Listen’. The young superstar asked parents over the world not to only give children the opportunity to express themselves but that they should give their children listening ears and act appropriately.
In concluding, she explained that the letter ‘C’ stood for ‘Clarify’. DJ Switch admonished parents to clarify whatever children say since they (Children) say things exactly as they see them.
DJ Switch also called on world leaders to build the world’s solutions around children since children are the leaders of tomorrow.
DJ Switch has in recent times left hall marks after performing in some top class world leaders conferences including that of Bill and Malinda Gates.
